The Enrollment Process
There is no financial obligation to enter your child’s name onto our Visitor Information Form (link). However, please note that all pertinent requested information must be submitted and updated in order to be considered for an interview / visit.
Once on the registry, families may receive information about upcoming events and school related news.
Scheduling an Interview / Visit
Once we receive your complete Visitor Information Form we will contact you to set up a time to visit our school
The Interview / Visit
The interview / visit is the first step in determining enrollment into the program. The interview is what initiates the application process.
During this visit you will:
– Get to know our school and what you can expect once you are officially part of the YPW community
– Learn how our curriculum and philosophy of teaching will help to propel your child emotionally, socially and academically
– Understand how we create a school environment that is inviting, fun, unique, nurturing and educational
– Get excited about how you can be our partner in creating a community where we treat each other with respect, fairness, and integrity
– Have your questions answered!
Next Steps
After meeting with the director and visiting the school, parents will be notified of current availability and required paperwork and fees to save a space in our school community.
Please note all required paperwork must be completed and submitted with the applicable deposit before your child can attend school.

YPW Camps
You may register for YPW Camps by fax, mail or email.

Print out the registration form to fax, email or mail in your camp registration.
Once they have been processed, confirmation of faxed, emailed or mailed registration forms will be emailed to the email address provided on the form.
Please remember to include your email address on your registration form.
We do not take camp registration over the phone.
